You must call the Retention group at 800 1122 to deactivate the service. You must provide one form of identification (Driver’s Permit, National Identification or Passport) to commence the termination process.
Service and Usage
You may terminate the Agreement before the end of the agreed term, for any reason, but you will be responsible for any service fees and usage charges incurred up to the end of termination or until you stop using the service. You must pay a cancellation charge in the amount calculated at the time of termination, which will be based on the subsidy provided by TSTT to the customer for TSTT equipment or service.
My Hotspot Device
The Customer shall pay to TSTT a termination charge in the amount calculated at the time of termination, on the basis of the applicable subsidies on service and equipment in accordance with the following formula:
2 year agreement:
(Actual months of hire period X one (1) Year Access Fee $475.00) – (Actual months of hire period X two (2) years Monthly Access Fee $199.00) = Balance Payable to TSTT. The Customer shall also pay to TSTT $949.00 for the modem, which represents the subsidy on the device on a pro rata basis. The customer will keep the device.
1 year agreement:
If the Agreement is terminated before twelve (12) months has passed, the Customer shall pay to TSTT $949.00 for the modem, which represents the subsidy on the device on a pro rata basis. The customer will keep the device.
Android Handset Device
In the event the Customer terminates this Agreement for any reason whatsoever before the end of the agreed term, the Customer will pay to TSTT a termination charge in the amount calculated at the time of termination, on the basis of the following formula:
Landed Cost – Selling price = Subsidy/Actual months of hire period (mths).
Please note: Customers will be migrated from the Android/My Hot Spot package to other standard postpaid or prepaid pricing plans.
