do you receive a sim card when you purchase the phone

how do you turn on th fm radio?after inserting the earphones the phone says “:searching”but it never turns on,how come?
Hi Jo, To turn on FM Radio on the Blu Click T300: First insert headset – Select Menu – Multimedia – #6 FM Radio – Use Navigation pad left or right to scan stations – select the required station – option- #2 Manual Input – ok. You can also use “#3 Preset Auto Search” instead of the navigation pad to set stations. This can be located in Options. Once the station is set and manually input it will be saved in #1 Channel List for future selection. I am having a little trouble with this phone. It isn’t recognizing the 1 gb. MicroSD card.
Hi Robert, You can select to save on the memory card by selecting “Option” then “Memory Card” prior to taking a picture or “Settings” then “Memory Card” for audio recording. If the picture or audio file is already saved on the handset to transfer to the memory card use the following: Menu – File Manager – Phone – Open – Photo / Audio – Open – Select Image / Audio file – Options – Move / Copy – OK – Back – Memory Card – Open – Photos / Audio – Option Select.
IS there protective cases for this phone? (not storage cases but ones where u can talk with it on) and where can I get?

Does this phone rteally have a torchlight? How do i out it on?
Hi Ian, the Blu Click comes with a torchlight. To turn on & off, press the centre button for 2 seconds.
got this phone today, I can find how to change the ring tones or adjust volume on calls, also I made 3 calls so far and everyone had difficulty hearing me, as there was a loud buzzing. Anyone else have these problems?
Hi Pat, the buzzing sound that you are experiencing may be due to a network disturbance in the region that your call orginates. Since your handset has a (1) yr warranty you can return to the outlet that the handset was purchased at to verify the problem you are experiencing.
i buy this phone but the memory card just not showing up
Hi Jule, the Blu Click T300 uses a microSD, up to 2GB. If the card is more than 2GB the handset will not recognize it. If the card is less than 2GB you can return to the location at which you purchased the handset for an evaluation. Please note that this handset comes with a (1) year warranty.
This phone just stop working, it was working when I went to sleep, when I woke up the next day it was dead.

Hi Cox, Select Menu>Settings>Phone Setup>Preferred Input Methods from here you can select either Multitap ABC or Multitap abc
Does it really have a 3.5mm jack??

how does one turn on the flashlight on a blu click and does it really have bluetooth
Hi Curtis, the flashlight is turned on by pressing the centre button twice. The Blu Click does not come with bluetooth.
