Hi Aleisha, first you will have to get either mobile internet (postpaid) or prepaid data (prepaid). To set APN: Menu – Settings – Connectivity – Data Account – Select any existing setting – Add PS Account – Insert Account Name (either Internet (for postpaid) or bconnected (for prepaid)) – Insert APN: (either Internet (for postpaid) or bconnected (for prepaid)). Then go back to home screen and select Menu – Web – Internet service – Settings – Data Account (either Internet (for postpaid) or bconnected (for prepaid)).
my Blu is just suddenly say internal error when ever a simcard is in it what do u think is wrong wit it?

Hi Akash, please note that the Blu Spark has facebook chat only. To access your facebook account otherwise you will have to use the browser and log into facebook. To set facebook chat – Select Menu – Chat – Facebook – Start. Then select Menu – APN Settings – Manual Settings – Set APN to “internet” for postpaid or “bconnected” for prepaid. Back to Facebook Chat – Enter “email” / “password” – Seclect “save password” & “auto login” – Select Sign In.

Hi Admin, The Blu Spark uses the standard Micro SD Card up to 8GB. These can be purchased at drugstores, stores that sell cameras and phone accessories.
