can the phone work with a digicel sim card
Hi Samuel, TSTT handsets are locked for use with their simcards only, hence the unit would not work with another provider’s sim card.
my complain is the same as some i’ve seen listed.
i am connected to the WiFi but every-time i try to access the internet via opera mini, Facebook messenger, Skype, etc, it says connection failed!

Hi Sandra, it seems that the feature is not unlocked on your unit. You can unlock using the code *#666666#. Then you can go to the Menu – Organizer – Bluetooth.

I can access the internet, yet the issue is with the skype, facebook, msn…skype keeps stuck at loading, msn et facebook giving me error, do they work with wifi or it isnot supported

bought the blu speed. says 3g on the box when activated it reads 2g???? also i do not hear properly on the phone. thought it was my hearing but ohers find it difficult as well/….
Hi Junior, The Blu Speed Q400 is a 3G handset however TSTT’s GSM Network is 2.5G therefore it will use the 2G settings. With regards to the speaker, please visit the outlet at which the handset was purchased for it to be checked.

Hi Sheldy, first you have to set the autolock (menu>settings>security settings>auto key pad lock> choice # of secs/mins>ok). To unlock (menu> left shift key).

The BLU Speed Q400 is an excellent phone! It is a quad band unit with a qwerty keyboard, bluetooth , wifi and fm stero radio are some of its main features. There is also a 2MP still & video camera.
