What are the bmobile Postpaid Price plans with MORE Value?

Bmobile is giving MORE VALUE to subscribers; that’s MORE MINUTES and FREE SMS for the SAME monthly fee. In addition to this, bmobile is pleased to introduce Postpaid Pricing Plans, which now includes mobile Internet or Blackberry services as part of the Plan. These Postpaid Price Plans are outlined as follows:

Are there benefits of the Basic, Bonus, Beyond, Beyond Plus and Anywhere Price Plans?

Yes. Customers would enjoy the following benefits:

• The Local Bundled Minutes are applicable to all local operators calls at Anytime:
• bmobile to bmobile
• bmobile to Digicel
• bmobile to TSTT (fixed line)
• bmobile to Flow (fixed line)
• bmobile to 360 Communications (fixed line)

• FREE SMS to text bmobile to bmobile.
• Rollover minutes are two (2) times for all pricing plan local bundled minutes. Eg if you do not use all of your bundled minutes in one month, we will roll over up to two (2) month’s bundled minutes. For example, if you have a Postpaid plan with 125 minutes and you use 80 minutes then 45 minutes are rolled over to the next month, so you start the next month with 145 minutes.

You must use your bundled minutes first each month and then your rollover minutes.

• The Anywhere Pricing Plans international bundled minutes apply to calls to USA and Canada (mobile and Fixed lines) and UK Fixed only.
  • The International minutes in the Anywhere Pricing plan do not rollover. Once the international bundles are fully used the international standard rates apply.
• The Anywhere Pricing Plans recurring monthly fee includes Mobile Internet or Blackberry Service.
• The Beyond Plus Pricing Plans recurring monthly fee includes Mobile Internet or Blackberry Service.
• The rate of $0.30 is applicable AFTER the first 3 minutes for calls to bmobile (outside the bundled minutes).
• Calls are billed per second.

What were the changes made to the Basic, Bonus and Beyond Price Plans?

• Increase bundled local minutes
• Increased bundled SMS Text (bmobile to bmobile)
• The rate of $0.30 is applicable AFTER the first 3 minutes for calls to bmobile (outside the bundled minutes).

What were the changes made to the Anywhere Price Plans?

• Change of the Price Plan names
• Increase bundled local minutes
• Increase bundled International Minutes
• Include bundled SMS Text
• Include Mobile internet or Blackberry BIS Service
• Reduce out-of-bundled local minutes rate to in Anywhere 600 and Anywhere 1000 Price Plans (now Anywhere 1 and Anywhere 2).

When are these new changes to take effect and when would the new Beyond Plus be available to subscribers?

The new features and changes to the Price Plans and the introduction of the New Beyond Plus are effective March 3rd 2012.

Who can apply for these Price Plans?

Any Individual customer requiring a personal postpaid plan can apply for these price plans.

What are the requirements for signing up for the Postpaid Pricing Plans?

The usual customer requirements for subscribing to a new Postpaid price plan applies. All customers must provide two forms of Identification (National Identification, Driver’s Permit or Passport) and a current Utility Bill. For NEW postpaid Subscribers, the Advance Payment is applicable.

How do I check my remaining minutes in my Postpaid Pricing Plan?

Dial *121# to check your remaining postpaid pricing plan minutes and rollover minutes.

Would existing customers on the Basic, Bonus, Beyond Price Plans and the Anywhere Price Plans enjoy all the added features and benefits of the Price Plans?

Yes. Existing customers would automatically receive the added features and benefits of the Plans, effective March 3rd 2012.

Existing postpaid customers will receive the additional minutes, SMS and mobile internet on their respective billing cycles. The 3rd, 10th, 17th and 24th.

New Postpaid or existing Prepaid Customer applying for any of these plans would also enjoy the enhanced features of the Price Plans.

Can an existing bmobile customer change their price plan to one of these Price Plans?

Yes. Any existing postpaid or prepaid customer can change to any of the Price Plans in accordance with the existing credit policy.

Would existing postpaid customers automatically enjoy the Beyond plus Pricing added features and benefits?

No. Existing and New Postpaid customers will need to subscribe to the Beyond Plus Pricing Plan.

When would customers receive Mobile Internet or Blackberry services on the Beyond Plus Price Plan?

The mobile internet or blackberry services would be available to customers upon activation of the account.

What volume of mobile internet can customer access?

The Fair Usage Policy applies.

Do these plans have rollover minutes?

Yes. These Price plans have rollover minutes. The rollover minutes in these plans are two (2) times the plan’slocal bundled minutes. The International Minutes in the Anywhere Price Plans DO NOT ROLLOVER.

Are the 50 monthly bonus minutes applicable to these plans?

50 Bonus minutes (bmobile to bmobile) are applicable to the Basic, Bonus, Beyond and Beyond Plus Price Plans.

Which destinations are included in the Anywhere international bundled minutes?

The international bundled minutes in the Anywhere Price Plans, include International calling to mobiles and landlines in the USA & Canada and landlines in the UK Anywhere and at Anytime.

What are the rates per minute for international calls once the international bundled minutes have been consumed?

Once the international packaged minutes have been consumed, the standard international calling rates will apply.

Will the customer be able to use the international minutes while roaming?

No. If the customer is roaming, standard roaming rates will apply.

Can a customer on the Price Plans also use bmobile add on bundles?

Yes. Customers are free to add bmobile bundles as needed. However, once the bundle minutes are used up, standard rates will apply.
