Bmobile Family Plans Terms and Conditions


  1. The following Terms and Conditions relate to Bmobile's Family Plan (the "Family Plan") and are in addition to and form part of the general terms and conditions under which you enjoy access to TSTT's Bmobile's mobile telecommunications service.
  2. Each Family Plan must be applied for and administered by a TSTT Bmobile Post-paid subscriber (the "Main Account Holder"). However, a Pre-paid subscriber may make an application to convert their current service to a Post-paid account in order to become the Family Plan's Main Account Holder.  Other Members of the Family Plan may be holders of either Pre-paid or Post-paid accounts.
  3. The Main Account Holder shall be:
    1. The sole designated contact person for the Family Plan;
    2. The sole person authorised to conduct transactions, queries, and amendments to the Family Plan;
    3. The person solely liable for making all payments and receiving refunds in respect of the Family Plan account;
    4. Authorised to request and view all Members' call details under the Family Plan;
    5. Responsible for the activation of the following features on behalf of each Family Plan Member:
      1. International Calling Access
      2. Roaming Facility
      3. BlackBerry Internet Service
      4. Internet Access
  4. TSTT, its servants or agents shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from the fulfilment of any request for call detail records, alteration, amendment or other transaction request made by the Main Account Holder in respect of the Family Plan and shall in no event be liable for any indirect, special or consequential damages (including business or economic loss), nor for any damages claimed by any Member of the Family Plan or by any other third party; The Main Account Holder shall hold harmless and indemnify TSTT against any claim for such loss damage or injury.
  5. The Main Account Holder must register a minimum of two (2) people and a maximum of six (6) people who are on the TSTT Bmobile Network as Family Plan Members to avail themselves of the Family Plan. For the avoidance of doubt, Family Plan Members need not be relatives. Both the Main Account Holder and each of their Family Plan Members may only subscribe to one (1) Family Plan at any one time.
  6. The Main Account Holder shall complete and sign the Bmobile Retail Application Form; each nominated Member of the Family Plan shall complete and sign the corresponding Change of Responsibility Form.
  7. All outstanding mobile telecommunications arrears borne by the Main Account Holder and/or each of their proposed Members must be paid in full before they are eligible to join the Family Plan.
  8. All shared minutes, SMS messages and any subsequent add-ons which are applied to the Family Plan will be allocated on a first-come first-served usage basis.
  9. Unused minutes may be applied to the following billing period's talk-time allotment, to a maximum of 2 times their respective Family Plan's talk-time allotment.
  10. Unused SMS messages shall not be applied to the following billing period's SMS messages allotment.
  11. Family Plan Members may not individually opt-out of the Family Plan. Any termination in whole or part may only be done by the Main Account Holder by way of written notice to TSTT Bmobile. Any such termination will take effect from the next billing date. Should the number of Family Plan Members subscribing to the Family Plan fall below the minimum of 2 people, TSTT Bmobile shall terminate the Family Plan.
  12. TSTT Bmobile reserves the right to withdraw the Family Plan generally or from any particular Main Account Holder or Family Plan Member at any time and may vary or amend any element of this Family Plan at any time for any reasonable commercial, technical or operational grounds upon thirty (30) days' notice in writing to the Main Account Holder.
  13. The Main Account Holder shall indicate the maximum monthly allotment of shared bundle minutes to which each Pre-paid Member of the Family Plan is entitled; such entitlements are as follows:
    1. 0 minutes
    2. 100 minutes
    3. Unlimited access
