Applying for a Package
Any individual customer requiring a personal postpaid plan can apply for these packages.
- If you are a NEW or EXISTING Postpaid customer, you can apply for the iPhone Packages. However, if you are an existing postpaid customer, wishing
to migrate to the iPhone Packages, you must clear all outstanding balances. - If you are a prepaid customer wishing to migrate to postpaid, you can also
apply.
Please note: Corporate Plan and Corporate Employees Plan customers are asked to contact their Account Managers for information on the iPhone packages.
How to Sign Up
New Postpaid Customers
The following requirements are applicable:

Yes you can, once you agree to accept the sign up requirements for the iPhone package. However, you must purchase an iPhone handset along with the iPhone package.
Unfortunately, if you have an iPhone handset, you cannot benefit from one of the iPhone packages. However, once you agree to accept the sign up requirements for the iPhone Package, you can purchase an iPhone handset.
Yes, If you are an existing bmobile postpaid or bmobile prepaid customer, you can change your price plans to the iPhone Packages in accordance with the existing credit policy.
The Credit Limit for the new iPhone Packages is in accordance with the existing credit policy.

My Lime Day, Night and Weekend are NOT applicable to the iPhone packages.
My Lime International is NOT applicable to the iPhone packages.
Discounts after the third minute (3) are NOT applicable to the iPhone packages.
No, the Hot Spot device is free and the Hot Spot service is included in the iPhone Package monthly charge.
You must call the Retention group at 800 1122 to deactivate the service. You must provide one form of identification (Driver’s Permit, National Identification or Passport) to commence the termination process.
Service and Usage
You may terminate the Agreement before the end of the agreed term, for any reason, but you will be responsible for any service fees and usage charges incurred up to the end of termination or until you stop using the service. You must pay a cancelation charge in the amount calculated at the time of termination, which will be based on the subsidy provided by TSTT to the customer for TSTT equipment or service.
My Hotspot Device
2 year agreement:
(Actual months of hire period X one (1) Year Access Fee $475.00) - (Actual Months of hire period X two (2) years Monthly Access Fee $199.00) = Balance Payable to TSTT. You shall also pay to TSTT $949.00 for the modem prorated over the term of the contract. Therefore, for example, if you are on a 24 months contract and decide to terminate after 6 months then you would be required to pay 3/4 of the $949.00.
iPhone Handset
In the event that you terminate this Agreement for any reason whatsoever before the end of the agreed term, you will forfeit applying the formula = remaining months of contract x 0,50 x monthly access fee which represents the pro-rated subsidy calculation.
Please note: you will be migrated from the iPhone package to other standard
postpaid or prepaid pricing plans.
Yes, you will be allowed to keep the Hotspot Device, however, you must pay, the subsidy fee for the Hotspot device and you will be migrated from the IPhone package to another standard postpaid or prepaid pricing plans.
Yes, you will be allowed to keep the iPhone handset, but you will forfeit the balance of the iPhone advance payment made to TSTT. However, you will be migrated from the iPhone package to other standard postpaid or prepaid pricing plans.
You will not be allowed to keep the iPhone service pricing plan. You will be migrated from the IPhone package to another standard postpaid or prepaid pricing plan.
