Rollover Minutes

Bmobile offers rollover minutes on all Postpaid plans, if you do not use all of your bundled minutes in one month, we will roll over up to two (2) month’s bundled minutes. For example, if you have a Postpaid plan with 100 minutes and you use 80 minutes then 20 minutes are rolled over so you start the next month with 120 minutes.

You must use your bundled minutes first each month and then your rollover minutes.

There are three (3) new personal pricing plans that are available for individual postpaid customers. Each plan has a bundle of local minutes and a bundle of international minutes. The local bundled minutes can be used to call Any local network at Anytime and the international bundled minutes can be used to place international calls to mobiles and landlines Anywhere in the USA and Canada and to landlines Anywhere the UK at Anytime.
Frequently Asked Questions

Anywhere Price Plans

Can an existing bmobile customer change their price plan to one of these new Anywhere Price Plans?

Yes. Any existing postpaid or prepaid customer can change their price plans to the new Anywhere Price Plans in accordance with the existing credit policy. Also, for EXISTING bmobile Postpaid customers the Security Deposit and Advance Payment are NOT Applicable. However, for NEW customers and bmobile Prepaid customers the Security Deposit and Advance Payment ARE Applicable.

Do these new plans have rollover minutes?

Yes. These new plans have rollover minutes. The rollover minutes in these plans amount to two (2) times the plan’s local bundled minutes.

Which operators are included in the local bundled minutes?

The local bundled minutes include calls to all local operators; bmobile, TSTT Fixed lines, Digicel, FLOW and 360 communications.

Which destinations are included in the international bundled minutes?

The international bundled minutes include International calling to mobiles and landlines in the USA & Canada and landlines in the UK Anywhere and at Anytime.

How are the minutes capped within the Price Plans?

The minutes within the Price Plans are capped as follows:

Anywhere 600 500 local minutes/100 international minutes
Anywhere 1000 5800 local minutes/200 international minutes
Anywhere 2000 1700 local minutes/300 international minutes
Are the 50 monthly bonus minutes applicable to these plans?

These plans DO NOT receive the 50 monthly bonus minutes.

What are rate per minute for international calling once the international bundled minutes have been consumed?

Once the international packaged minutes have been consumed, the standard international calling rates will apply.

Will the customer be able to use the international minutes while roaming?

No. If the customer is roaming, standard roaming rates will apply.

Can a customer on the new Anywhere Price Plans also use bmobile add on bundles?

Yes. Customers are free to add bmobile bundles as needed. However, once the bundle minutes are used up, standard rates will apply.
