Just got this phone today, cant get sound unless headphones in, cant find the headset icon, any help?

the only problem i have with this phone is i cant get it to vibrate. other than that its great.
Hi Sarah, to set the Samsung S5230 to vibrate, let the handset go into idle mode, press the volume button on the left side of the handset. Then select the “Vibration” tab on screen and set the intensity. The handset will now vibrate for incoming calls. You can also set the ringtone in this menu from silent to 7.

Bought this phone for my mom, she actually loves it. The touch and slide screen is a winner… Just don’t like the idea of connecting the headset to hear the radio.
Hi Marvin, We are happy that your mother loves the phone. Please note that the headset is the antenae for the radio and must be inserted however the radio can play via the load speaker by pressing the “headset” icon on the display.
