I bought this phone recently. I put the phone to charge in night and the next morning the phone was still charging. does a phone take that long to charge? and also i didnt use my phone for the entire day and in the evening i checked my phone and the charge went down to one block. Is that normal ??

I bought this phone about six months ago. Just a few days ago I realised that when I plug it in to charge, it indicates that it’s charging. However, when I unplug the charger, the battery indicator goes back down to zero charge. Suggestion of what the problem might be?
Hi Alicia, it seems that the battery is not holding the charge. Since you purchased this handset a few months ago it will still be under warranty. Please visit the bmobile store at which you purchased the handset for assistance.
