Terms & Conditions

• My Lime Nights promotion comprises of Talk and Text services.
• My Lime subscribers can call and text on anyone on their My Lime list (bmobile and TSTT Fixed line network) from Monday to Sunday between 9pm to 6am.
• For the My Lime Nights promotion, the talk time is charged at the standard plan rate for the first (1) minute, it’s free for the next 59 minutes, while the text $0.05 is charged per SMS.
• The 1st minutes charge is repeated exactly after one (1) hour of talk time.
• For Postpaid subscribers, My Lime calls are not deducted from the respective packaged minutes.
• The My Lime Nights promotion applies to outgoing calls and text made from bmobile to bmobile and calls from bmobile to TSTT Fixed Line numbers.
• My Lime Nights does not apply to international SMS or calls made while roaming.
• To subscribe to My Lime service, It takes 24 hours to activate or deactivate a number. The My Lime subscriber will be notified via SMS, when activated.
• Once one of the My Lime subscriber’s numbers is listed as ‘Active’, the My Lime subscriber will receive the discounted rate. The My Lime subscribers can query their list at any time.
• No monthly fee or set-up charges apply to the My Lime Nights promotion.
• The My Lime subscribers are allowed ten (10) changes to their list per month.
• The My Lime Nights Promotion does not extend to calls to directory enquiries.
• The My Lime Nights promotion is also subjected to the Mobile prepaid and postpaid terms and conditions.

This offer is valid up to March 31, 2013.

Creating your lists

To add someone to your (My Lime subscriber) My Lime list:

• Text ADD + phone number, e.g. ADD 688-1234
• Press SEND to 5463 (LIME)

To remove someone from your (My Lime subscriber) list:

• Text REMOVE + phone number, e.g. REMOVE 688-1234
• Press SEND to 5463 (LIME)

Querying numbers

To query the numbers on your (My Lime subscriber) list or determine the status of the numbers on your (My Lime subscriber) list:

Text QUERY or QRY and SEND to 5463 (LIME)

Note: QUERY gives you the list of persons on My Lime Subscriber “Lime”.

Set Up Your List

To ADD international numbers to your list

• Text ADD + international phone number, e.g. ADD 19056251234
• Press SEND to 5463 (LIME)

REMOVE international numbers from your list

• Text REMOVE + international phone number, e.g. REMOVE 19056251234
• Press SEND to 5463 (LIME)

To QUERY your list

You can query your list at any time by sending the following command:
QUERY or QRY or Q or QU and send to 5463.

More Details

• The standard rates for the international calls apply for the first 3 minutes; thereafter a discount of 25% will apply to the rest of the call.
• The discounts are applied to international calls made to the USA, Canada, UK and Ireland. This is only applicable to MYLIME customers. Calls to the Caribbean do not qualify for the discount.
• No monthly fee or set-up charges apply.
• The discounted rate will all My Lime calls made to the USA Canada, the UK and Ireland regardless of the time the call is made.
• Limers can have a maximum of 10 numbers on their My LIME list; 5 local numbers (combination of local bmobile numbers and fixed line number), and 5 International numbers (combination of international mobile and international fixed line numbers).
• A maximum of 10 changes (additions and removals) are allowed per month.
• Limers will be notified via SMS when a change has taken effect.
