International Top Up

A new easy way for friends and family from overseas to top up your bmobile prepaid account! They can simply visit one of the thousands of locations across the U.S. and Canada where the bmobile International Top Up Sign is displayed.

How to Top Up
  • Provide the correct bmobile number to be topped up, making sure to specify T&T’s country code 868 e.g. 868 123 4567
  • Request any amount between $5 and $75 in the currency where the top-up is being purchased e.g. $20 USD or $20 CAN
  • Pay for the value of the top-up requested
  • The cashier/agent will send the top-up to the mobile phone specified
  • The credit is applied to the bmobile number specified in TT dollars and the recipient will receive a text message alerting them that they have received a top-up

    • Recipients must have an active bmobile prepaid account.

Online Top-Up allows anyone with access to a PC and internet service to top-up a prepaid mobile account using a valid credit card to pay for the Top-Up purchase.

No need to visit your local store when you’ve run out of credit and need to make that call. Just log on from the comfort of your home, office, or an internet café and Top Up your account online!

Online Top Up allows anyone with access to a PC and internet service to top up a prepaid mobile account using a valid credit card to pay for the Top Up purchase.

  • Friends & family abroad can use Online Top Up to send Top Up (recharge) to the phone accounts of loved ones in Trinidad.
  • Bmobile pre-paid customers roaming in the Caribbean, US & Canada can use Online Top Up to Top Up (recharge) their mobile phones while they are abroad.
  • Parents can use Online Top Up to recharge their children’s phones from the comfort of their office/home instead of having to visit a local store.

With Online Top Up, the airtime credit purchased is sent directly to the mobile phone specified. There is no card, no paper receipt, and no PINs to enter.

Topping up is done in a few easy steps:

  1. Create an online top up account
  2. Log on and request the top up to be sent to a valid Bmobile prepaid number
  3. Specify the credit/debit card to be charged
  4. Credit is sent to the Bmobile prepaid number specified

    5. Top Up now for any amount in dollars and cents from TTD $30 to TTD $600 VAT Inclusive.
