This service allows you to top up yourself and five (5) other friends or family members from anywhere, anytime using your mobile handset and payment from you First Citizens Bank Account.
You must be an FCB account holder and you must register for the service. Registration is done at the FCB ATM Nationwide.
REGISTRATION AT ATM
- Select “Register for U TU Top Up Service” from the ATM menu
- Input your mobile number
- You will then be requested to enter a 4-digit PIN
- Once this process is complete, you will be issued a receipt confirming registration
You are now ready do your own top ups!!

If you are a FCB debit or credit card holder you can register for this service at any of the following ATM locations:

Once registered,
- Text TU(space)AMT to 4888 (4UTU)
e.g. To top up your phone with $46,
Text TU 46 to 4888 - You will receive a request to confirm the request and you will be asked to enter part of the 4-digit PIN you chose when you registered, for example “Please enter the 1st and last digits of your PIN”.
- Enter the PIN digits requested and press SEND to 4888
- You will receive an instant confirmation message
