Voice Mail also allows you to play back messages at any time from your own mobile or from any touch-tone phone.
SETTING UP YOUR MAIL BOX FOR THE FIRST TIME
- Dial *91
- Press the ‘Call’ button
- When prompted, enter your pass code. For first time set ups, the pass code will be your mobile number
- Press * enter to ‘User Options’
- Press * to change your pass code, (4 – 10 digits) followed by #
- Record your personal greeting
- Then press * to save and exit the system
RETRIEVING YOUR VOICE MESSAGES
Whenever a new message is left in your mailbox, a message icon will appear on your display screen. Message notification is represented by different icons, depending on the brand and model of the phone. Some examples are: an envelope, a reel or a handset.
- Dial *91
- Press the ‘Call’ button
- When prompted, enter your pass code
- Listen to the respective options and enter the numbers when prompted
- To end, simply press disconnect button
TO RETRIEVE YOUR VOICE MESSAGES FROM A LAND LINE
- Dial 687-3269
- Key in your mailbox number (which in this case will be your mobile number)
- Press * and follow the recorded instructions
- Press * to play your messages
PLAYED AND UNPLAYED MESSAGES
Played messages will automatically be erased from your mailbox after two (2) days. Unplayed messages stored in your mailbox will automatically be erased after fifteen (15) days. Saved messages will be erased from your mailbox after thirty (30) days.
The cost to retrieve a voice mail message for prepaid customers is $0.20 (Vat Exclusive). Retrieving voice mail messages for postpaid customers is FREE.
