   I have the White Aspen and in normal daylight you can’t see the keys cause they light up white against a white background. Nightime is fine but what about Daytime when I do most of my Communication. Texting is impossible if you can’t see the letters. Big fail. Also it crashes just like Microsoft Windows and you have to keep resetting it, which takes about 3 mins.

   I can receive SMS but can’t send. What might be the problem? Can’t even locate Message Center Number.

   This phone is an amazing buy, especially for those on the go office type people who want to sway from the BB. I enjoy learning the features on this phone and believe me I learn a new function everyday. The office suite combined with WiFi and Internet options make it a perfect on the go phone
