We do not accept phone, fax or email orders. All prices are for online purchases only.
Call our E-Store number 623-0983 and the order will be voided. If the duplicate order was already mailed, do not accept it when it arrives at your office or home. Once the item is returned to bMobile your credit card will be credited.
It is currently not possible to track your order online. However, you can send a query to estore@tstt.co.tt. bmobile will keep you informed by email of the progress of your order.
Once an order was submitted and confirmed, changes cannot be made.
Your order will be processed and delivered within 3 working days from the time of purchase.
Security is of paramount importance to us at bmobile.co.tt. The bmobile site is secured by 128-bit encryption from Verisign. This is the most advanced SSL (Secure Socket Layer) software available. You can click the seal to confirm this protection. In addition, no credit card information is stored on the site.

Handsets sold at bmobile.co.tt have a one-year (from the original invoice date) warranty for replacement.
An 'Out of Stock' notice will be placed next to any handsets that are not in stock. When the item is again in stock the notice will be removed.
bmobile does not offer a price guarantee. All prices posted are valid for the time of purchase.
All online orders will be delivered by (TTPost) courier.
Shipping

TTPost will make two (2) delivery attempts. After the first attempt, they will leave a notice that will indicate an approximate time for their return on the next business day.
TTPost will leave a notice and return for a second delivery attempt. If you are still unavailable, your item will be returned to TSTT E-Store, where you can make arrangements for further delivery.
In an effort to prevent occurrences of fraud, once shipped your order will not be re-routed to an address which differs from the one specified on your order.
No. Delivery within Trinidad and Tobago is free.
At present, we only ship within Trinidad and Tobago.
If your item was lost, damaged, misdelivered or tampered with, kindly inform E-Store within 24 working hours of receiving the item.

If your billing and shipping addresses are different, we must verify your shipping address for fraud prevention purposes. Verification of your shipping address will assist bmobile in confirming that the item paid for by you is delivered to you.
bmobile accepts credit card payments only using the following credit cards: Visa & Master Card.
A credit card payment maybe declined for several reasons. For example, an incorrect credit card number or expiry date was entered; the purchase is over the credit card limit and there are insufficient funds. You can contact your bank and they will provide additional details.
