Does bmobile accept phone, fax or email orders?

We do not accept phone, fax or email orders. All prices are for online purchases only.

I made a duplicate order in error. What should I do?

Call our E-Store number 623-0983 and the order will be voided. If the duplicate order was already mailed, do not accept it when it arrives at your office or home. Once the item is returned to bMobile your credit card will be credited.

How can I track my order’s progress online?

It is currently not possible to track your order online. However, you can send a query to estore@tstt.co.tt. bmobile will keep you informed by email of the progress of your order.

Can I make changes to my order after it has been submitted?

Once an order was submitted and confirmed, changes cannot be made.

How long does it take to process my order?

Your order will be processed and delivered within 3 working days from the time of purchase.

Is the bmobile site secure?

Security is of paramount importance to us at bmobile.co.tt. The bmobile site is secured by 128-bit encryption from Verisign. This is the most advanced SSL (Secure Socket Layer) software available. You can click the seal to confirm this protection. In addition, no credit card information is stored on the site.

Does bmobile sell my personal information?

At bmobile we respect your privacy and therefore we do not sell your personal information. Kindly review our Privacy Policy for additional details.

What should I do if an item is missing from my order?

Please verify that you received a box for all items and then call our E-Store @ 623-0983.

What is the standard warranty on a bmobile handset?

Handsets sold at bmobile.co.tt have a one-year (from the original invoice date) warranty for replacement.

What happens when an item is out of stock?

An ‘Out of Stock’ notice will be placed next to any handsets that are not in stock. When the item is again in stock the notice will be removed.

Can I get a refund of the difference if the price of an item I purchased has decreased on the website?

bmobile does not offer a price guarantee. All prices posted are valid for the time of purchase.

Does bmobile have a walk-in store policy if I want to pick up my item?

All online orders will be delivered by (TTPost) courier.

Shipping

I was not at home/office when the TTPost delivery was made. Will they come again? If they will make a repeat attempt, when will they return?

TTPost will make two (2) delivery attempts. After the first attempt, they will leave a notice that will indicate an approximate time for their return on the next business day.

I will not be available when my package is delivered. What can I do?

TTPost will leave a notice and return for a second delivery attempt. If you are still unavailable, your item will be returned to TSTT E-Store, where you can make arrangements for further delivery.

Can I change my shipping address after I’ve confirmed my order?

In an effort to prevent occurrences of fraud, once shipped your order will not be re-routed to an address which differs from the one specified on your order.

Is there a fee for delivery?

No. Delivery within Trinidad and Tobago is free.

Does bmobile ship internationally?

At present, we only ship within Trinidad and Tobago.

My item was lost, damaged, tampered with or misdelivered. What do I do?

If your item was lost, damaged, misdelivered or tampered with, kindly inform E-Store within 24 working hours of receiving the item.

Why must bmobile verify my shipping address?

If your billing and shipping addresses are different, we must verify your shipping address for fraud prevention purposes. Verification of your shipping address will assist bmobile in confirming that the item paid for by you is delivered to you.

What Payment Method does bmobile accept?

bmobile accepts credit card payments only using the following credit cards: Visa & Master Card.

Why was my credit card payment declined when I know I have funds?

A credit card payment maybe declined for several reasons. For example, an incorrect credit card number or expiry date was entered; the purchase is over the credit card limit and there are insufficient funds. You can contact your bank and they will provide additional details.
