What is the bmobile SMS promotion?
Bmobile is giving MORE VALUE to existing and new Anywhere Postpaid customers; that’s MORE SMS for the SAME monthly fee for one month, effective upon customer’s bill cycle date. The following Price Plans are applicable to the SMS promotion:

When would the customer receive the increased SMS on their Anywhere Price Plans?
The increased SMS will be received by customers effective on their upcoming bill cycle date, commencing with the next forthcoming bill cycle date. The under-mentioned Bill Cycle dates are applicable for the Promotion:
a) October 10th 2012
b) October 17th 2012
c) October 24th 2012
d) November 3rd 2012

What is the period of the SMS promotion?
The period of the SMS promotion is as follows for each Bill Cycle:
- Customers receiving promotional SMS on Bill Cycle 2; October 10th 2012 will have to use the SMS by November 9th 2012
- Customers receiving promotional SMS on Bill Cycle 3; October 17th 2012 will have to use the SMS by November 16th 2012
- Customers receiving promotional SMS on Bill Cycle 4; October 24th 2012 will have to use the SMS by November 23th 2012
- Customers receiving promotional SMS on Bill Cycle 1; November 3rd 2012 will have to use the SMS by December 2nd 2012

The Customer has one month to use the SMS.

Were there any other changes made to the Anywhere Price Plans?
No. There were no additional changes to the above Price Plans apart from the increase in SMS.

Would there be any additional charges to the customer?
No. Customers will not incur any additional charges for the increased allotment of SMS in their SMS bundle.

What are the charges for each out-of-bundle SMS, when the customer has consumed the SMS bundle in the Anywhere Price plans?
The standard SMS rate is applicable for out of bucket SMS:
a) bmobile to bmobile – $0.30
b) bmobile to Digicel- $0.50
c) bmobile to International – $0.60

Is the promotional SMS applicable for new Anywhere Postpaid activations on the Price Plans identified above?
Yes. New customers signing up for the Anywhere postpaid price plans during the promotion would receive the required prorated number of SMS allotment upon sign up.
